"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

"Yes Che did an excellent job finding problems and making necessary repairs"

"I had a water heater to replace and some piping to do in a remodel. I hired them to upgrade and repipe my whole house, change to a tankless water heater. I would consider them VERY conscientious, professional, on time, personable. They were willing to educate me on the options. I signed a contract then wanted to do more homework. They gave me the time to do my own research, then come back and answer more questions! The work ws finished in 2 days!"

"Called earlier in the day around 9:30 AM about an issue I was having with an electrical outlet. Emmanuel T. came out around 3:30 PM and diagnosed the problem and was able to change out 2 outlets that went out in the garage all said in done about an hour or so later. I know I selected Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes-Repair or Replace but there was no category for Electrical Work."

"I was able to schedule and receive service quickly 12/24. Kitchen saved! Faucet cartridge replaced no more leaks. Carlos also answered the many, many, many questions from my father. Thanks for your patience and great customer service!"

"I called them and 1:30 and they squeezed me in the same day. It was a wonderful experience. He did an excellent job. If I have any more problems I will definitely call them again to come out. Also, their pricing was reasonable. This company does not even charge you a fee to walk in the door. They look at the problem, they answer all your questions, and explain what they are doing. This company does not charge by the quarter hour. They do their job right the first time."

"Jorge is extremely honest and professional. I needed two parts to complete the job. Jorge informed me that the parts had a lifetime warranty through Delta. I called Delta with Jorge there. The Delta rep was great and sure enough they're sending the parts at no charge. This ia a savings of approximately $70. I've been recently ripped of by Rainaldi for another plumbing job. Jorge is a great representative of the plumbing profession.

"Through the various communications I became aware and concerned that I was dealing with a person that has created an unnecessary level in the process. There was another business owner between Home Advisor and me that seemed to be a person who was managing several different tradesman. I wasn't really sure if the extra person was decreasing the net income of the plumber or increasing the cost of my expense in the repair."
