"We were repeat customers with VKB (master bath remodel a couple of years ago). We redid our two spare bathrooms and a powder room this time. The pros: VKB’s construction side is the reason to choose them! They do a Jason, the project manager, did an excellent job. He kept in constant communication with us, and addressed all of our needs and emerging questions about the project. Walter, the crew leader is fantastic! He managed every aspect of the project while Jason was on vacation and even had excellent ideas and suggestions for the project. He went above and beyond. Jason and Walter are the reasons to go to VKB. The cons: The one major negative is that Sean, our designer, was completely unavailable. The fixtures he suggested, for the most part had 2-3 star reviews on most vendor’s sites. When we asked him to send us some options that were better rated, he basically told us to choose whatever we liked, he could not provide any additional help. He was barely involved in any of the selections, was very slow to respond (often taking more than 10 days to respond to emails), and did not keep on top of our selection requests. Some of our selections were not noted. The bottom line: Once we had made the selections, and all the materials were ordered, Jason and Walter took over, and from then on, it was smooth sailing! In short, the construction crew at VKB is fantastic, and they are definitely worth the money. I highly recommend VKB to my friends. 5 stars for construction crew, 1-2 stars for the design side."

"Devin (owner) and his crew delivered a completely remodeled house in time and on budget.  We could not be happier with everything that was done.  Devin is someone you can trust and I have recommended him to family and friends.  His crew is really polite and professional.  I often stopped by the house while it was under construction to take pictures and the job site was kept clean and
organized.

"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. I am issuing a rating of five out of five stars for his performance."

"We are so pleased with our kitchen renovation completed by WaterStone Kitchen and Bath. We didn’t know about them until a family friend recommended that we reach out to Jeff Thompson. We were in the midst of getting several bids and I didn’t know if I should get another. Oh my goodness. We are so happy that we did! During our first meeting, both Jeff and Deanna Llewellyn, his fantastic designer, met with us to look at our space, listen to our ideas and then they immediately started bouncing ideas off of one another. The out-of-the box thinking and design ideas were so welcomed! Jeff and Deanna proposed creating a walk-in pantry and making sure the lines in our kitchen were aligned. This hadn’t occurred to us and other companies hadn’t offered anything other than what we had proposed. Jeff and Deanna had us come into their office to see their proposal and drawings. We were so impressed and the space looked amazing in their drawings--two walls gone, a good sized walk-in pantry and lovely living space. Deanna immediately gave us ideas for cabinets and our island and they were exactly the color, offered the storage and presented the book shelves I was hoping for. We had a hard time containing our excitement. We feel their pricing was fair for the project they said they would be able to do. Their estimate was a little higher than our other bids but having gone with WaterStone, we feel they were worth the slightly higher price. Jeff even came up with ways where we could cut back on costs if we so chose. That was really helpful and gave us food for thought. Naturally we signed with them and they were able to do everything they promised in their designs! We intend to come back to Water Stone for future renovations. Jeff and his team came out right away to poke holes in walls and talk through his plans of moving plumbing and electrical components in our kitchen. They laid out a plan of attack and were able to start quickly and keep the renovation running, even during a pandemic. Luckily, we were able to move out during the renovation which I think helped the team get their work done more easily. Deanna was delightful to work with, always communicative and has wonderful taste. I knew I liked color and wanted to incorporate that into my granite, paint color and tiles. Once I had my granite selected, she helped to show me the best accents to go with it. She was also open to sourcing my pantry door from a new company that could provide frosted doors with interesting designs. I also found it helpful that she managed our expectations about timing as our renovation started right at the beginning of the pandemic. I would just love to work with Deanna again! Javier and his team who were assigned to our renovation were outstanding. Javier is incredibly talented and it’s amazing how much he can do. We were especially delighted when he was able to improve our pantry in several ways to allow us even more space. It’s fabulous! When we do another renovation, we would feel so lucky to get Javier and his team assigned to our home again. As with all renovations there are little bumps along the road and the only one we had for this renovation was when a batch of our new wood floors was a different tone from the other new boxes. Jeff immediately came out to look and the floor was fixed within days. Finally, it’s probably not many renovations where the “punch list” is almost non-existent but that was our renovation! My husband and I look at our open-space, beautiful kitchen and living area and can’t think of a single thing we would change. We feel spoiled by such a lovely experience, wonderful company, and genuinely nice people. We will absolutely come back to Water Stone when we want to renovate our home’s bathrooms. We hope that you consider Water Stone too--if you have anything near the experience we did, you’ll be beaming about your renovation as well!"

This was a complex remodel that required thoughtful planning and creative use of space. The team worked closely with us throughout the project, offering ideas and solutions that helped bring our vision to life. The craftsmanship was solid throughout, including the framing, tile work, fixtures, finishes, and overall attention to detail. The new full bath integrates seamlessly with the office, and the additional powder room provides convenient access for guests without compromising privacy. Communication was good, the crew was professional and respectful of our home, and any concerns that arose were addressed promptly. While there were a few minor delays and punch-list items that prevented a perfect experience, we are very pleased with the final result."

"Navid and the team did so many things for my house- EV charger installation in the garage, ceiling lights in several rooms, TV mount on a wall that needed extra supports (basically mounted on the wall that originally couldn't hold it). They also did re-doing fences and deck for the other house we own. All excellent work and Navid's attention to fine details were so much appreciated. He would suggest things I didn't think of when I asked for things - like symmetry of ceiling lights and locations to increase possible sales value, location of EV charger based on my height, and more and more. They clean after their work as well. Also the work is excellent. Highly recommended."

"It took me over a year to find a company to remove a wall and remodel my kitchen. I was very pleased with DiJulio Contracting. I wanted to have a wall taken down in the kitchen in my townhouse to create some more space and open things up. This company was very affordable, and were able to start the job and complete the kitchen remodel promptly, as time was very critical in this instance for me. Their crews were all very friendly and professional and Scott was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I will keep them in mind for any home remodeling projects and will recommend 100%.
