Upon setting up an installation date Grant and his apprentice, Cory showed up on time and immediately started the process of removing my old unit and installation of the new unit (note it started to rain yet Grant and Cory continued working), I felt so comfortable and trusting of them that I allowed them to move all their needed equipment into my garage instead of them needing to go back and forward to their truck in the rain. "A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. For example, he suggested getting a tankless water heater and tomorrow, he will install an icemaker connection box for our refrigerator. Lonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable.
