"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Owen did a great job and I'll definitely reach back out to The Pipe Doctor for future plumbing needs!"

"Called around 2pm to see when they could come look at a noise in our pipes and they were at my house the next morning. Within 20 minutes he had figured out that the mystery thump we had been hearing for weeks was in fact the pressure regulator going bad. 20 minutes later it was fixed and we have had no issues since. I even got an angies list discount! We had originally been working with another company to get the problem resolved but they were unable to diagnose it. plus it took two attempts to get someone from that other company out to our house. I'm so glad we found JCT they will be getting all of our business in the future. Price was very fair and the work was well done. I only wish we would have found them sooner, just had our water heater replaced this past summer and we paid a lot more than we would have if we had used JCT.

"Everything was perfect! James contracted me right away! My toddler “what she thought was helping mommy” had flushed her baby brother’s diaper down down he toilet! James arrived within a timely matter, he respected my wishes as far as covid restrictions. He had his mask on, & wore plastic shoe coverings. I was embarrassed a tad, bc the diaper was a poopy one lol! He assured me that it was fine, it wasn’t the worse thing he has seen! I was very pleased with my service…He even tighten down the two side bolts or screw thingies on each side of the toilet free of charge! I’m grateful for his quick response time & service! "The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."

When he sees a job that he feels the homeowner can do very easily without him, he shows the homeowner precisely how to do it, going as far as to remove fixtures to show how it is done, thus saving the homeowner money and proving that Ahmed is both credible and honest. "First I would like to say I would NOT HESITATE to hire Miracle Method Surface Restoration from Kensington, MD again. The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. Like I said in the beginning, I would gladly hire and recommend this company. Just be sure to confirm appointments."
