"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. "First, a word or two on Carlos:  a genuinely great guy, who is up front on cost and very knowledgeable about his line of work. 
We had about a one inch gap under our kitchen sink that grew steadily since we moved in to our newly built home.  It seems the builder, or the sub who performed the work, fitted the pipes incorrectly.  Over time, the improper alignments began to reveal itself and water began to fall unto the cabinet bottom.  Carlos identfied the issue right away.  Within an hour or so, all of the pipes were replaced.  Originally, the cost was 225.00, but Carlos was kind enough to ask where I found his services.  When I responded with Angie's List, and without hesitation, he gave the me advertised discount.

The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. "I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. "The worker arrived on time and started the job. Within two hours he was finished and my tub looked magnificent, brand new! He gave me instructions on how to care for the new glaze and , cleaned up the debris very nicely. ."

"The plumber performed a cursory check of the plumbing in the house. The outdoor faucets and refrigerator ice maker line were overlooked as well as the floor drain under the spa tub.. On the phone prior to the visit, I asked how long it would take to perform the   water heater "flush" and inspection. He said about 45 minutes. It took him about 30 minutes including the water heater flush. He looked at the plumbing in/under each sink, tub and shower and noted there was no evidence of leaks and  pointed out   a few obvious problems I was already aware of ( e.g. disconnected sink plugs, old faucets, etc.). Even though this was an Angie's List "Big Deal" supposedly at half the usual price, i thought it was excessive for the  service provided.
