"David and his team are always on time and deliver exceptional quality work. I did 3 big projects with them over last 2 years and will hire them again if needed. His estimates are very accurate and he will tell you when the project should be done. I recently had to call them right before 4th of July due to my boiler not firing. He came next day and quickly found the issue (the back draft sensor triggered and had to be reset). He explained why this usually happens and how to reset it myself. He and his crew had a project in my area and due to that didn't charge for this visit. This is the honest plumber I was looking for!"

"Office staff (Jackie?) was super nice and helpful. Response was quick. The work Steve did was smart and professional. Highly recommend Joe's Plumbing!"

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

"Last few years been having trouble with sink drain in 2nd floor bathroom. Reached out to MA service. Really liked the service and treatment we got from them. Entered home with booties, which won my wife over. Cleared the drain after seeing it was very difficult and messy. Gentlemen was very professional, descriptive and thorough. Extremely satisfied with service and would highly recommend"

"We called rapid repairs about our broken water heater.  Elly came over and quoted us a price that was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we called.  After we agreed on the price, Elly went to work.  By that afternoon we had wonderful hot water again."

"I have a 4 family house in Plainfield NJ.  One of the apartments sprung a leak in the ceiling.  We figured out it was the hot water pipe and had to turn off the hot water to all four apartments Thursday night.  I called Rob Friday morning and he was at the house in an hour!  He quickly checked out the situation and realized what needed to be done to repair the problem.  We discussed the problem and he quoted a reasonable price.  Rob performed the needed repairs on the spot within 2 hours.  I was very happy with the professionalism Rob displayed and would absolutely recommend his company to a friend.

"I had a leak under my kitchen sink and this company did an excellent job fixing it. They were professional, arrived on time, and quickly identified and resolved the issue. Communication was clear and straightforward throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing repairs."

"I cannot recommend Mark more! We called him for a dishwasher installation and pipe repair. He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with - communicative about the issue and his solution, flexible with scheduling, and just an all-around nice guy. We will not be hesitating to call him in the future - our go-to-guy for all plumbing needs."
