He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.!"

"Our dishwasher would not run and the control panel did not light up. We called on November 8 and got an appointment for the following day. Mark came out during the window given and quickly diagnosed that there was a blown fuse. As we had an older model, the part did have to be ordered and came in over the weekend. On the 12th, Mark was back inside of the promised service window to replace the fuse and we now have a working appliance again."

"I would highly recommend Stellar Appliances - I felt they were very professional and operated with integrity. I turned to them after the first repair service I tried did not fix my issue. I have no idea what that person did. I had two appointments with Stellar. Since they were unclear about the previous repair attempt, they ended up replacing my ice maker but did not charge me the full price. While I hope I don’t have to have future appliance repairs, if I do I will go right to Stellar Appliances for help!"

"Called for an appointment on a Thursday and was told Don would come out on Friday. Don called Friday and explained that he got held up at a job and would have to cancel my appointment. He asked if Monday was ok and I agreed. He came out on Monday with the part and about 45 minutes or so he was done and washer was fixed. Don explained everything, from what he was doing to why it happened. Don also took the time to clean off a section of the washer that wasn't visible to me to avoid a further issue. Don also gave me heads up on other issues that may occur and what to watch for. Excellent repair man, reasonable rates, very professional and courteous. I have already referred him to two others. I know where I will call for all of my appliance needs from now on. <br />"

"My service call was set up promptly at a time that worked for everyone. I received a call regarding a cancellation window, so I was able to get the work done even sooner. I was given a window of time, and Brian (service technician) called 30 minutes out. He arrived within the window and diagnosed the problem. He needed to order new hoses for the repair, and we were able to schedule a follow up appt. while he was at the house. The second visit went as smoothly as the first. He was careful, clean (carries a towel for water drips), and gave me a few tips about some other minor issues I was having with the washer. They take all credit cards or a check, so paying for services was simple."
