"LivingSpace Detroit could not have been a better contractor and partner on the addition of our Four Seasons Room. The appearance of the room is far superior to competitors, in my opinion. Specifically, the clean look of the fiberglass and composite construction eliminates face screws, improves the glass to solid ratio, and vastly improves the insulation quality, while offering choices of color that is inherent to the material and not painted on. The contracting and engineering teams are polite, professional and knowledgeable. In our installation, we cooperated on the installation, permit, and building inspection and did so seamlessly. In my opinion, they are a superior contractor, with a superior product."

"It was just ok, left me with a installation problem."

"He cares and resourceful in solving problems. Most importantly he takes pride in the quality of his final product"

"We had GMC scrape, caulk & paint the outside of our house, plus windows for a reasonable price. They showed up on time, we’re nice, pleasant & thorough. Work was very well done& they finished in a timely manner. We highly recommend GMC & will use them again for interior painting."

"

We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing.

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again

"Artistic Construction (AC) performed a complete kitchen remodel in our home. The project required flooring reinforcement and installation of high-end cabinets, granite, and appliances. The crew was reliable, courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home. We have since hired AC to complete other projects in our home."

"Mike was very professional and stayed on top of the project from start to finish. The plans were designed by Building Integrity and turned out spectacular. The sub contractors were conscientious and reliable. The finished room (addition to a bedroom) was above what we expected. The work was done on time and within budget. We would recommend Building Integrity."

"THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY AND VERY HARD WORKING. THEY KEPT EVERYTHING PRETTY CLEAN AND ARE VERY FAST AT THEIR WORK. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK."

"From start to finish the whole project was excellent, attention to details and the carpentry work was outstanding, if your having a kitchen done this is the place to go!"

"Great job again. The complete project entailed new handcrafted lockers, counter tops and sinks, tile repair, building a and installing a new front desk and cabinet."
