"Great experience. We had washout area under the concrete surrounding our pool. Tarheel came out to review our project and gave us an estimate for injecting foam to raise our concrete that had fallen and also fill in gaps underneath that had washed out. Once we hired them, we got on their schedule. They sent reminders for our appointment, called the day they were coming to let us know when they would arrive. Tarheel performed the work, left our site clean. We are very happy with the service from beginning to end."

"Brandon was very friendly and professional. He came out the same day we spoke (Thursday) to provide the free estimate. He then took care of the construction debris the following day (Friday) and the yard debris the following business day (Monday). He was working alone due to COVID-19, but worked very quickly. The pile of yard debris was pretty large, but he worked non-stop until it was gone. We wouldn't hesitate to call Brandon again and would feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone that needs hauling services."

"Serguei returned my call promptly and came out to give us an estimate the same day.  (His quote was competitive with a second estimate we received.)  He kept us informed as to when the work would be performed and showed up on time.  He ran into extra work when he uncovered some huge tree stumps, some of which had been buried under our existing driveway, but he worked tirelessly to get the area prepped properly, and we feel confident that he did an excellent job - going 'above and beyond' to do it right.  He also replaced and reinforced an area of our front walk that had sunk.  Both areas look great.  We found Serguei to be honest, fair and hard-working; we would recommend him and Triangle Landscape and Concrete.  <br />"

"Jose gave us a very reasonable estimate and made some suggestions to address some puddling issues we have always had. Because of the time of year and the company's busy schedule it was about 5 or 6 weeks before they got to the job but I knew that up front. They showed up early on the scheduled day and got right to work demolishing our old driveway and had the new driveway poured by the end of the workday. It all went smoothly. The concrete work looked absolutely perfect, and they used reinforced concrete which is better and stronger than what was there originally. After 4 days someone came back to remove the wooden forms and fill in along the drive with soil. All in all, a very pleasant experience and the improvement to our driveway is remarkable. And the area with the puddling issues is so much better-very little after a very hard rain."

"Ciro provided a free quote, was friendly and professional. He and his crew were able to match an existing walkway. Now I don't have to haul my trash and recycling bins through the mud to get them to the street - I have a beautiful walkway and pad thanks to Ciro and his crew at Millenium."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Apex, NC

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
