"The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we will definitely call rescue rooter!"

They took the time to look in several areas of my house and determine that it was due to the water softener. Although they don't work on water softeners, I wasn't charge a cent for the problem determination and I appreciate the time (both the drive and time spent).
