"We hired Old Skool to remove and replace my fathers' heater and oil tank. I live in Georgia, and Dad in Delaware Count, so truthful communication was a necessity, yet rarely found n contractors. Frank and his crew are exceptional! From the first contact through to the end of the heating system install either Frank or one of his crew kept me informed of the progress via phone and photos, I knew the status of the job at all times. His crew arrived on time, ready to work.. and work they did! At the end of the work day you would not know they were there; they cleaned up so well after themselves. The metal and plumbing workmanship is something not normally seen these days- nor is the business and work ethics exhibited by Old Skool..With out hesitation I enthusiastically recommend Frank and his crew, and will call them first in the future. Thanks Frank, Francis, Dave and the entire crew."

"Our technician arrived on time, identified the issues and arranged to have a new hot water heater brought out and installed all in the same visit. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was efficient, professional and knowledgeable - exactly what you want in a service provider."

"My hot water heater was replaced the same day. Old hot water heater was installed in 2000 so it didn't owe us anything. Done Right Today was courteous, professional, and offered a reasonable price. My wife and I were very pleased with their work. David and Jan Magaha"

"Jack came and took a look at the problem and was back the next morning with a helper to do the job. They did a great job. They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

"I worked closely with the manager regarding my water heater purchase/ install, he was very accommodating. Steve did the removal and install of the water heater and he did an excellent job, very professional and great customer service!"

"Worked with David, he assessed my water heater for free, with it being 13 years old it was not advisable to try and repair it. He was very thorough in his explanation of the problems and water heater systems. Installed a new water heater with his brother, very easy to work with, completed the project within 3 hours, and charged fair market pricing. Highly Recommended, would use this company again."

"Friendly, competent and efficient service ... will hire him again."

"The worker did not find a leak but gave me helpful information and provided some service to improve my situation."
