"So I had a VERY old Janitrol gas boiler which was actually working fine up until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a little bit of water intermittently. Then the last week the leaking was sow yet much more constant. The leaking was coming from under the cement platform it sat on, so wasn t 100 percent sure it was the boiler. Until the recently installed (by another company) automatic water feeder started feeding about every 3 hours. Went on HomeAdvisor, On Time Piping and Heating was one of the first companies to pop up. Received a call from Matty almost immediately. This was a Saturday night, and he stopped by my house the next morning, determined that it was indeed a leaking boiler that needed to be replaced. Matty and his crew came out on Tuesday morning, arrived at 7am, and by approx 10am had a new working Williamson boiler. About 3 hours later their electrician came out and did the finishing touches. Their electrician noticed an issue with the previously installed automatic water feeder, and Matty had two of his team members come out two days later to put in a new electronic automatic water feeder which is much more compatible with the new boiler. Now everything is working great and much more efficiently. Matty and his crew are like family. Work great together, busting each other s chops in a friendly manner while quickly and effectively completing the job at hand. Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and they do not talk down to you. I recommend them to anybody who wants top notch, quick, and effective work done on their home heating system. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."
