On the day I got a estimated time and they showed up early in fact which they checked with me on. He was very knowledgeable, gave me a ton of advice and went through taking care of the tub. Answered all my questions and discussed lots of things I didn't even know about. I feel confident in taking care of the tub and ordered some parts to improved my tub experience.
