"I love working with Jim and McEwan floors! They have actually done several projects for me. He has worked in two personal homes installing all new hardwoods on the entire main levels and in the hallway upstairs and master bedroom. Additionally, McEwan floors has refinished the hardwoods in a rental home for me. Each time, Jim was patient with me when I took my time trying to decide what color stain. He often put several stain colors down for me to look at and decide on. He works diligently to get the job done as quickly as possible. Hardwood flooring install is a hard and messy process. I did not live in the home at the time the hardwoods were being installed so I can not attest to that experience. But if I had, I know that Jim would have worked very hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. While the process was not perfect, as most construction and final touch completions are not, we are very pleased with the end result. The project took a total of 3 days and the team was willing to work through needed adjustments on site. When we did encounter hiccups, it was the response and willingness to correct any concerns. The supervisors were willing to work and find solutions quickly. In the end it was about customer service and they were willing to stand behind their team and their work that earned full 5 star review."
