A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. "I have had Greenlee plumbing out to the house four times, 35-year-old house. Shower valve replacement. Water heater replacement. Water Line replacement. Shower/Tub to Shower conversion: drain relocation and new shower valve. Each time they were professional, personable and reliable. More importantly is how they provided service when there was a problem. The manufacturer of the water heater had bad gas valves. There was never a safety issue, just the inconvenience of no hot water. I had two bad values. Each time I called they came out the same day and replaced the valve, now that is service. I spoke with them about the problem with the manufacturer and they advised that they manufacture was overwhelmed and could not supply all the replacement valves needed.
