"I have small rental unit that suffered water damage and had to essentially be gutted . I live out of state from the property so trying to mange the build back work remotely was hard. I flew in for the week thinking I could do it myself but quickly got overwhelmed. I found R&LM solutions here and called them based on the good reviews. I couldn’t be happier with them. She and her partner, Oscar did a walkthrough with me as I pointed out all the things that needed to be completed-rebuild shower, install toilet, install baseboards, paint, install kitchen cabinets, etc. I received a very fair quote that night and they were on site working the next day.
