"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. "Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. "AES renovated two bathrooma and a half-bath for us. They have a thorough process and a caring, responsive team. Our project began with a detailed review of our wish list and cost estimate. The designer took us shopping for beautiful modern finishes that fit our style and budget. The installers/builders are highly skilled, worked efficiently and perfectly, and checked with us throughout the process if details needed to be ironed out. The Project Engineer stopped by several times for status checks both during the job and after completion. At the end of the job, we were left with an amazing transformation of our rooms into beautiful, functional spaces that are structurally superior to the original build."

"The Elevate Design Build team, led by Wes Wescott, beautifully finished the basement in our home. They began with a rather crude layout left to us by the original builder. There was bulging insulation, an impossible array of exposed pipes, ducts, and wires, and a big open concrete floor with nothing. We asked Wes to create attractive and comfortable rooms with a compelling atmosphere and a practical layout. The design they came up with, following all the feature aspects we requested, was absolutely beautiful. We now have a basement level bedroom, multiple closets, a bathroom, and a family room fit for the pages of a designer magazine. The workmanship was superb and every little detail was handled with loving care. The Elevate Design Build team was professional in every respect, caring of our needs and concerns, and friendly in all of our interactions on the project from begging to end. We are very pleased with the result and no doubt the market value of our home has increased substantially. "Dimitri did our first addition in 2007 and the second addition in 2010.  His team showed up every day on time & completed
both additions as per our contractual agreement.  We have had to call him back on occasion as there was settling to the additions and cracks to repair which is always expected.  He came back without delay and at no additional costs.  I asked Dimitri how long would he agree to come back if we were to still experience settling cracks.   He said forever and I know he  meant it.
