Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. "Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas.
