To change outdoor faucet, the total bill was $386.00 plus small charged to us my credit card which brought to $411.00. I understood the $89 service charge; the part could not be more than $35 so rest was the cost of labor. I should have shopped around for better price. That would be my only disappointment."

"Excellent! I needed help replacing an exhaust hood for the stove. The box it came in said easy to install but not for me! So I called them Saturday evening and someone came the next morning, great customer service line and very efficient. They gave me detailed information on whoâ s coming and when. The gentleman that came (Danny) has wonderful Customer service and is extremely helpful. He gave me advice on what to look for in the future to prevent any electrical fires. "Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

"I feel like I was price gouged because I was a woman without knowledge regarding plumbing. I paid over $800 for the gentleman to change a cracked pvc pipe and change the tank/flap on the toilet. First the guy told me $1395. After my neighbor came over and told me to call the company that service my irrigation system he called the office and it went from $1395 to $813. I took pictures what was fixed showed another professional and was told it shouldn't have cost me more than a couple hundred dollars. The gentleman was pleasant but most con artist are. The work was done very quickly. It took maybe an hour to complete the job. $800 an hour I'm clearly in the wrong line of business..."
