"I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. "LFO Construction is a group of dedicated construction workers who have a strong attention to detail. They listened to our job requirements and completed the job to our specifications. Our only concern was that we had to remind Mathew and the crew to cover some of the items with plastic to protect the furniture and the items on the shelves. They did a good job covering the carpets and valuables with tarps. We appreciated that. After repairing the areas we specified, they not only painted the patched areas but painted the entire wall, giving the area a finished look. Mathew worked until everything was put back and the job completed to our satisfaction. The work was completed in a timely efficient manner. They inspected everything and showed us the errors. We ended up getting new gutters. They had a large variety of options and colors and protection against leaves and sticks. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
