"Ecstatic with Seatown's work!! We received bids from several companies for this project. Seatown's strong reviews on Angie's List, coupled with their competitive and transparent estimate, made the decision a no-brainer. Scheduling was a breeze and the Seatown crew of Blake, Steven, and Cody got to work modernizing our home in the spring of 2018. The scope of work included a new furnace and heat pump; adding 25 recessed lights; wiring power to the outside for sconces and floodlights; moving and adding outlets throughout the home, and adding whole-home surge protection. During the project, Blake would check in regularly to make sure we were on the same page. He did not leave any details to chance, and it shows in the fit and finish of each light he and Steven installed. We had been forewarned of significant drywall repairs given that many of the recessed lights would be installed in vaulted ceilings where access is limited. Ingeniously, Blake and Steven found a way to shimmy between the joists and rafters and install the lights without damaging the ceiling, saving us hundreds in drywall repair costs. Cody, who oversaw the heat pump installation, brought a ton of experience working with the city, allowing us to optimize the placement of the heat pump to minimize noise while complying with Seattle's codes. For future projects, we would hire Seatown again without hesitation."

"Fantastic. I was concerned that the three installations would be clean and perfect with no telltale holes or cuts. We have a new house and we didn't want this project to visually detract from the "new" appearance. These two men, Joe & Ryan, were very skilled and very precise. The job was done even better than I hoped. They made a few suggestions on how to do it so it would be perfect visually and it worked. They were quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. They listened to my concerns and now we have just what we wanted. We are delighted and would gladly contract with Switch Electric again. Their bid was FAR lower than our other bid from a major electrical company and Switch Electric's bid made way more sense to us. These guys are good; from the front office to the man who gave us our bid, to Joe and Ryan who did the work."

"Work was done well, electrician was friendly, and price was well within budget so I added on an additional project. My only issues were the electrician arrived late because an earlier appointment ran late, and they don't repair drywall holes left by their work, however, I've heard other electricians don't repair drywall holes either so it may be common practice in the industry."

"Above & beyond performance on new electric panel. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling! They even checked the wiring on the chandeliers! They fixed a non-working heat register and replaced a switch on the disposal. Their level of customer service is phenomenal and they have my business for good!: McCarthy Electric has earned my 5-star rating."

"Team arrived on time and performed the installs well. Tech damaged an exhaust vent during the install, but came back a couple days later to repair. Overall a job well done, but pricier than a couple other quotes I received."

"Excellent, responsive customer service. The workers were very polite and fast for the variety of small repairs and installs we had them do. The one disadvantage is that they can't give you an estimate without a $69 service fee to show up and look at the tasks. Because they bill by the task it is hard to know how they stack up against those who charge by the hour. We needed this stuff done quickly so we weren't as concerned about price but at least what we got has a warranty on the repairs."

Their quote was the best I'd received, they performed the install within a week of giving us the quote, the Installer/Estimator was knowledgable and helpful, and the installation was performed by an excellent group. "Quality electrical work can be expensive, so it's hard to judge the value you get. Bottom line, the job was expensive but professionally done. I had two lights that suddenly stopped working and had no idea what the problem was. As with other companies, Seatown did have a charge to analyze and diagnose the problem, so there was no free estimate. They also inspected the whole circuit board and checked for compliance with current electrical codes and checked another electrical glitch. Taylor determined the problem and I had him replace the faulty GFI outlet and give me an estimate of cost of replacing the main circuit box. He also installed a new light fixture that I had purchased to replace the older fixture that I had damaged in attempting my earlier repair."

"We had panel upgrade in our house. Troy was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all questions we had about the project since it was a older screw in fuse panel. He let me know where the options on new panel was going if there was an issue with City of Seattle lightning. The pricing was fair and he was able to get the job done quickly on our schedule. Kyle and his team showed up on time let me know what was going on with the project and communicated well with all my questions. After they were finished we went in detail the installation and all the information I needed to show the inspector. Pacific Home and Electric was a great contractor to work with and I would highly recommend them for any of your projects."
