He found a few other items which needed repair and included them and a 3 year warranty on the repairs in the overall cost which came in at the insurance quote. We had some minor rotting around a couple of the windows which they replaced the wood and then wrapped exterior in aluminum. Caulked and sealed all windows, no gaps anywhere. 1st visit was overview/demo/sales pitch. Measured and counted windows. Gave price, approved payment options. Took about 4 hours. 2nd visit a few days later, measured again, verified work. 3rd visit, install, 3 weeks after 2nd visit. Pay after work completed and satisfied. I can feel the difference when standing next to the large windows, no heat pouring in when standing in full sun in front of windows."
