On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. "This is my 2nd review for Straight Line Roofing and Construction. We recently had them out to assess our home for dry rot repairs. Our Project Manager, Phil, gave us an honest assessment of the boards that needed repair or replacement, and also pointed out areas we could treat and paint so that dry rot would not occur there in the future. He noticed the gutter overflow problem on the side of our house and recommended gutter guards and a new downspout installation to better accommodate heavy rain. Several crews came out and did the repairs. Brandon, Jorge, and Taylor did the gutter work, with Tony and Mike handling the dry rot repairs. Each crew showed up on time, did a great job on their respective tasks, and cleaned up the area when finished.
