"Mario was very knowledgeable. I thought he needed to start inside at the back of the house, but he determined that the clog was between the front of the house and the main in the street. He opened the clean out in the front of the house and snaked until he got through to the street. I was pleased that he persevered and unclogged the drain. I would call him first when I need plumbing services. Thank you Mario!"

"He did a great job and it was done professionally. I would recommend your services to anyone who is looking for a plumber job."

"Vincent was very sweet and very personable but better than that he got the job done and my drains are clear and drain beautiful ly!"

"**Always check if licensed. **Special license needed for irrigation systems. We had 2 companies recommended by another Home company in 2019 (1st was unlicensed, and didn't stay til job was finished; 2nd did so-so job to upgrade some of what wasn't done by #1). Robert (Lobo plumbing AND irrigation) came out in a day (we had a split line that needed to be fixed asap); walked with us thru what we thot was needed. He started immediately and pointed out a number of things that had not been done correctly and fixed everything. Didn't charge an arm and a leg and was very personable. Would definitely use him again."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"Today my water heater blew out. On a Friday afternoon with company coming during the weekend. The Plumbing Company sent a crew out right away. We discussed the options but it was clear we needed to replace the water heater. I told them about the company coming and they moved heaven and earth to get it done today, Great job, good crew and I'm now the proud owner of a shiny new water heater. I was very impressed with their service and deeply appreciated them doing what needed to be done to get the water heater in this very day."

"Mitch is pretty damn good."
