"It took 3 service calls to solve the problem. 2 trips can be understandable as one trip involved replacing a defective ring, but 3 trips should not be necessary. This is especially so since a running toilet is a common problem. Also, on one of the calls their office said a service person would arrive b//t 2-4 and he came at noon. I will say on the third trip they sent 3 service personnel showing their concern."

"Tyler was excellent! He got to my home within an hour of calling and located the water leak within minutes. Due to the nature of the leak, he had me on the phone with a trusted cleanup company within minutes. Tyler was even kind enough to patch the pipe so they could complete the cleanup. Before leaving, he walked me through next steps and got me on his calendar way sooner than expected. I will definitely keep his information handy for any additional plumbing issues in the future."
