Thomas came out, thoroughly inspected the issues, provided a clear quote, and then Chase got to work right away. The two make a fantastic team and communicate clearly throughout the process. The major problem I had involved improper flashing. Chase removed the continuous flashing and installed proper step flashing, which required additional siding work. The finished result looked dramatically sharper. The difference in craftsmanship compared to the previous work was honestly shocking. My 2nd, smaller problem, turned out to be far more serious.
