The workers showed up on time, worked hard for very long hours, and finished the work ahead of schedule. It also looks like they did an excellent job with the flooring installation and the interior painting work. We are very happy with how our renovated house looks like. "Floor Coverings International did amazing repair work! Iâ m a Realtor in SA and I have a client who was selling their home but lived out of state. As we were getting the home ready to list we noticed a few tiles had some cracks. The sellers had a few extra tiles in the garage but not enough to fix all the cracked tiles. I contacted Cristy and she came and took an existing tile and did research and found a perfect match for a discontinued tile! Her team removed the old tiles, put the new ones in, and matched the grout. It looks perfect! My sellers are so happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. "The sales process went great (they really want your $$). Installation process not so great. There is a definite lack of communication between the installers and installation coordinator. We were given a 2 hr window for the installers to show. I was given that window 4 minutes before it started. Installers did not show up in the window. I reached out to the coordinator who was slow to respond. Told me the installers had a van problem and were on their way. In the meantime my husband reached out to the salesperson since he told us if we had issues to contact him and he would help resolve. It took him at least an hour to respond. Installers finally showed up 2 hours after the window ended. They were great. Very professional and while I do not speak Spanish my husband does so he was able to communicate with them. The job was done but as we put things away noticed there is a gap in the padding that will cause unnecessary wear. And now they have to come back to fix it."

"They left a big mark on my new floor from moving furniture that was not lifted into place. No one left any info about how to take care of my new floor. I do not have any info about the warranty. My TV lost over half the channels I had before the install. Not sure if it is the TV or the connection. Just know the TV is not working correctly. Other wise happy with my new floor."

"He did a good job and even suggested a good alternative to what I had in mind and it did the job so that’s why I gave him an A. They were totally upfront about their pricing method so no surprises but I am not comfortable with a minimum hourly pricing, cure or not, and paying by the hour no matter how long it takes or if they have to run to Home Depot. Don’t like the open ended relationship would like a firm fixed price. Could not find anyone else to do the job in time required so had no alternative. Good job but $300 for a 20 minute actual job at the end seemed pricey, but no other bids, but got the job done"
