He did not want me to pay for traps when he felt that they were unnecessary so he covered a hole going into my attic to see if the varmints would tear through it again (or if they had already abandoned this nest). When they did tear thought the marker, he applied the $140 inspection fee to the trapping fee and dealt with it that way. Brilliant."
