"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"I ca;;ed pm a Friday morning, late morning, and I was assured that the work would be completed that day. He asked the necessary questions, picked up the water heater, installed it in a hassle-free manner, and hauled away the old tank. The price was fair and affordable."

"Morris Heating and AC provided service that should serve as a model for all other service providers. They were consistently professional, efficient and response, ultimately installed a system at a very good price and did so urgently as we were entertaining guests from out of town. From the front office (Heather and Kaitlin) to the service manager (Greg) to the individuals who actually did the work at the house - beginning with Julin, then Blaise and finally Christos who actually installed the system, I interacted with very pleasant and effective people."

"Very well. The humidifier needed some parts which he replaced and he fixed a small leak and drained my hot water tank."

"Great job especially joe did good job very professional to install my force hot furnace."

"Just had blue Bear over to install some mini splits. They did a great job will hire them again!"

"Can't say enough good things about Whalen Plumbing and Heating. Our tankless water heater was giving us inconsistent temperatures and error codes, and they made the fix painless. They showed up on time, asked what we'd noticed before touching anything, and clearly know these units inside and out. They flushed and descaled the heat exchanger, cleaned the inlet filter, and checked the venting and connections, explaining everything in plain English with no pressure to upsell. They were respectful of our home and left the area cleaner than they found it. Pricing was fair and matched the quote exactly. Since the visit, our hot water has been steady and the unit runs quieter than it has in a long time."
