"I set up my request for quotes early on Monday morning and Ron from Accent Appliance responded immediately and was able to meet me at my house at 12:30 the same day. My refrigerator light was on, but both the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling. He felt that it might have been the relay, but unfortunately we learned it was the compressor and the unit would need to be replaced. Ron felt terrible that this was the case, knowing how hard it is to get appliances delivered at this time. He recommended the best place to go to replace the refrigerator. I very much appreciated how quickly Ron came over and also how caring he was about my predicament. I'm holding on to his card, even though I hope I never have to use him again!"
