He came to do a free estimate (which the price was VERY affordable to have traps and trail cam for 2 full weeks so he could monitor the activity) and put out the trap and camera that morning.We had a raccoon infiltration. For an extra minor fee,he wrapped the corners of my front gutters at the roof line so squirrels couldn't get in the attic of our newly -replaced roof. Overnight,a raccoon got trapped and Tyler texted me first thing in the morning since he saw it on the trail cam. Inadvertently got an opossum ( he showed me how to open trap safely for opossums),but got another raccoon last night.As I type,I can hear another raccoon just got trapped (I get home after 10pm). I have learned so much about raccoons from him. I highly recommend him.If I have another raccoon issue next winter (the cold makes them seek shelter), I will call him with no hesitation! "

"Imagine our surprise when a racoon greeted us inside our house during the day! Even though it ran away that time, we knew we had to do something.  Spoke to Jason from Trademark briefly when we saw his truck at a neighbor's house.  He quoted a price and told us he'd probably catch a racoon in a day or two, but would continue to leave the traps out after that because there were likely other racoons coming to our yard. After checking the reviews on Angie's list, we made the arrangements over the phone. He caught first racoon on the second night, and has caught 2 more since then.  He uses humane traps, so that if other animals get trapped, they aren't harmed.  He also uses a bait that attracts racoons without attracting other animals (such as our pet cats).  Very easy to deal with, very professional, and obviously an expert at his trade.  Would definitely recommend this company. <br>"

"They were ok. They set traps and they told me they would come back and check the traps. I had to keep calling them to come back and set the traps. I had to go look at the traps to see if there was anything in there. They guarantee their work but 6 months later I got rodents again. I called them and they told me that would be another fee so I don’t consider that a guarantee. It was a big deal purchase."

"We had squirrels in our attic, and were told there were also rats, too, based on the droppings. We heard them in the mornings running around. We also found chewed up electrical wires. <br /> Rid-a-Critter came out and gave us a big for $1100, which included sealing the gable vents as well as the gutter line. Another company gave us an even higher estimate to also seal the gable vents and gutter line. Wayne of Brady Pest Control gave us a bid for $600, and said our gutters were already sealed. <br /> It's about 3-4 months later now, and we haven't seen or heard any other squirrels in our attic. We even went so far as to put food up in our attic along with a wifi webcam to take pictures of any movement, and haven't seen any animal life yet. So it looks like the Rid-a-Critter offer to seal the entire gutter perimeter was not necessary. <br /> I was very satisfied with Wayne and his coworker. They showed up on time, gave us a free estimate, and took care of the work themselves. And they were half the price due to not doing unnecessary work. <br />"
