"A squirrel was getting into our roof through a small hole, so we requested a quote to fix this problem. The technician came quickly, did a thorough assessment, and was very professional. However, the quoted fix was OUTRAGEOUS. For nearly $5,000, Complete Animal Removal proposed sealing every nook and cranny of the roof, attic, and crawl space in a project that would have been massive overkill. The proposed work would have been appropriate if a well-trained army of rodents were carefully planning an invasion of the house, but this was one squirrel going through a clearly visible hole. Complete Animal Removal refused my request for a quote just to patch this one hole. We had a local handyman patch the hole for $400, and haven't had any problem with the squirrel since. Don't fall for the paranoid sales pitch! Save your money!"

"I used Angie's List one time and that seemed to work out okay. The only problem I had was that there seemed to be some difficulty in the communication between Angie's List and the Critter Control company so that my services were delayed for over a week before both got in sync but I don't know who to blame for that. He has been coming every day since then. He has been very helpful. They have been doing very well. He did stick to the big deal price of 250 for live animal trapping. I had a lot of other stuff done but I did get the big deal price and I paid extra for the other services that he was doing. Let's see how he finishes as we are still in the process. Overall I would rate them a 'B' just because everything is not done yet. I will say a 'B' for the quality because he is not through and he hasn't really done much for me to see. He has been very good for the responsiveness. He comes within a given time and like I said he has been coming everyday so he comes within a time range."
