"It was great, Dana W. was my service tech. He was prompt, He cleaned and serviced my heater efficiently. Before leaving he cleaned the area he was working thoroughly. and reviewed what he had serviced. Dana took the time to explain there was part in my heater that was worn, showed me the problem and assured me that he would order the part and be back to fix it properly. I was extremely satisfied with service. I would confidently recommend Laury Heating to all my friends and family for all of their heating and cooling needs mainly due to this service call. I would give this service call 5 star +"

"From office staff to install it has been a great experience. Highly recommend. CJ & Shane were awesome!"

"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. They were very polite and left no mess. I have used Eddie B for several years and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Eddie B."

"Matt, Jeremiah and Audric were very professional. They were on time and really did a great job clearing the drains and replacing pipes where needed."

"Everything went exactly as quoted and PK Mech did a wonderful job installing a aesthetically pleasing new Luxaire Heater and Air conditioning system!"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"After some, shall we say, miscommunication, we finally connected.  Tyrone came out on a Saturday morning--I was told between 7 and 7:30, so I was ready by 7, and he showed up around 7:45, but he called when he was 15 minutes away--and took a look at 4 plumbing issues.  The main thing he did was to get the heater working.  That was great.  I had just bought the house and had never actually used the heater, so that was important.  He gave me some good advice on 2 other projects and a quote to fix another project.  He charged me $120, of which I had already paid $49 through Angie's List, so I was left wondering what that $49 actually did for me.

One thing I really liked was that Tyrone called me a few hours later to see if the heater was still working.  I really appreciated that."
