"Matt & Matt make an efficient team. Matt found the raccoon damage immediately and using a thermal camera determined that the area was empty. Using the thermal camera, he did a complete search for other possible nesting locations. A trap was installed by the entrance to the area for 5 straight nights and then he returned with an estimate to repair the animal damage as well as other attempted animal entry points. Matt and his crew repaired all of the damage in a very professional manner; no loud music or foul language. They cleaned up the damaged materials and left the yard better than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation to call Nature Boy again or to recommend them to family and friends."

"Excellent job. Very professional. Very punctual. Cost was very reasonable. Tech sprayed second floor nest (which was inside the roof structure) from ground with powerful sprayer. Indicated that wasps would be eradicated within 2 days - and they were. Had one follow-up when 1 lone wasp was seen / the company juggled their schedule to make a tech available the day I called to puff-spray from the inside - and that took care of the problem. Excellent follow-through. Great job and will definitely use them again."

"When the techician came to the house, he greeted us professionally. He told us his name and the company that he worked for. We explained to him that there was a flea infestion in the dwelling. He also explained that we would need to be out of the home for at least 3 hours or more. He went in and, about 20 minutes later, came out and explained that he sprayed throughout the house. He also said to wait about 2 weeks, and the fleas should all be gone. If not call the company back and i will return to respray. I would strongly recomend this company. <br />"

"While investigating some rotting window casements, I found ant like insects under some aluminum flashing. <br /> I don't know much about insects, but feared the worst. I've heard how destructive termites can be. <br /> I called Matt at Hoban Pest Control yesterday and after some discussion, Matt thought my insects were most likely not termites. <br /> He arranged an inspection for the next day (today). <br /> Tim called me within the agreed time frame and said he was in transit. <br /> When Tim arrived he determined the insects I found were not termites and were types that would only feed on wet rotting wood, such as  those I found under the aluminum. <br /> Tim was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the types of insects, (ants and beetles) by the damage to the wood and found a beetle egg sack and showed it to me.  I learned a great deal from Tim and Matt! <br /> I was very relieved to determine no termites were present and almost felt guilty that these fine people had invested so much time in my problem and didn't charge a dime! <br /> Thank you Hoban Pest Control.  If ever I have a pest problem I can't handle, you will most definitely be the ones I'll call. <br /> <br />"

"While someone did come over when scheduled and set traps, and squirrels were caught, it took days after calling to have them removed for someone to get rid of the animals. Traps were set again just in case, and no more squirrels for a few days, and no evidence of them. However, the siding removed and hole made to set traps sat there for a few more weeks - took a couple more calls to get them to finally complete the job, and then only after reminding them who we were and what we needed. For what was done we were charged $498. That seems a little high for the service that kept us waiting so long with exposed wood and traps."
