"They use multiple methods to inform me of upcoming treatments (email and phone). The technician is always on time, and takes the time to explain the service he is providing. They have been good at amending their service to keep my one year old child safe from any chemicals.

"Excellent! Chuck at Patriot Pest Control was quick to respond to my search, calling immediately and setting up my service appointment two days later. His price was great, gave me the same price for year round pest control as my prior company. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I am very glad I decided to switch to Patriot."

"I can’t recommend David and his team from HD Pest Solutions enough! They have been an absolute asset for my multiple short-term / airbnb / vrbo rentals. They are very communicative, timely, responsive, and highly professional. They always work with me to schedule treatments around guest stays, minimizing disruptions for our guests. Their products are highly effective and we’ve had great results keeping pests and bugs under control in our Lake Erie community. I’m so grateful to have found someone this reliable and thorough!"

"My wife was home, but she said the owner was very respectful, informative and polite. He sprayed for insects, set mouse glue traps, and he put screens around holes he found that potentially allowed insects/rodents in the house."

"Very well and I'm very happy. A week later I saw no evidence of ants in the house, and they also gave us a 90 day warranty just in case the problem happens again. The price is very reasonable."

"Francis Animal and Pest control is amazing. They made my yard usable again this summer. No more ants!!!"
