"They were very responsive in scheduling a date for paint job. Unlike any other contractors, were sharp on time. I wanted to change the color of my dining room to a lighter one. They did 3 coats of paint. The paint job was very neat. They cleaned up before they left

"I hired WR Builders Inc. for a major renovation of our home’s exterior, including new siding and windows. The team did an outstanding job, delivering high-quality work with a focus on detail. They were respectful of our property and worked diligently to complete the project on time. The new exterior looks fantastic and has greatly enhanced the curb appeal of our home. Their professionalism and the quality of their work have earned them my highest recommendation."

"The Perry Brothers Construction team was outstanding at providing exactly what my family needed. Bill Perry, the owner, always listened carefully to any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire window replacement process. I never felt pressured to purchase products or services I wasn't looking for and was extremely happy with the results. Perry Brothers Construction is the only general contractor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire who I'd confidently reccomend to my friends and family. It was a pleasure to have Bill and his crew work on our home."

"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Monique, Eduardo and their team were amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They did an incredible job on my house renovation. Everything was organized efficiently making it easy and hassle-free. They took care of it all: plumbing, electrical, painting, floor sanding and finishing, carpentry, guttering repairs, etc. The project was on budget and on schedule. The whole team were professional, courteous and punctual. They went above and beyond to make a 160 year old house look beautiful."

"Coming from a long line of builders, I couldn't recommend Joe and his team more highly. I've worked with Joe on a number of projects he is the best general contractor I have ever worked with. He is professional, communicative, incredibly talented, hardworking, and above all an honest person and a joy to work with. I've never worked with a general contractor that I've trusted more, his prices are fair and he always solves for the customer. The bathroom looks incredible! The quality is exceptional and we get tons of compliments on it."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"This went much better that I expected. Crystal Painting painted my house in the summer of 2019. They did a great job then and I contacted them this spring for some minor warranty work. Leonardo was incredibly responsive and was visiting my home for a walkthrough within a day or so. He sent some workers out and had issue resolved within days. In fact, he got the work done faster than I get an email response from most other contractors."
