"Highly satisfied AGAIN in a second job with Mouradian (hot water heater earlier). This time was a replacement of leaking cast iron sink waste pipe imbedded in the wall/floor between two condo unit bathrooms. Eric Mouradian is very no-nonsense, fast in his estimates, and reasonable in his pricing. The plumber who did the job, Rich, was excellent: friendly, efficient, and clear about what was going on. He understood immediately that his first instinct, to open up the ceiling and wall of the downstairs bathroom should be avoided if possible, to limit wall repairs to one bathroom instead of two. And he then quickly figured out how to do it and did it. The cost was considerably less than the quote of a competitor, who misdiagnosed the problem at first, refused to put his quote in writing, and showed no interest in keeping wall damage to a minimum. No comparison."

"Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. "We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard.
