"Initial install went well during home construction. Roland was available during the construction phase and helped detect a roofing problem. Since moving in and using the stove, I found issues with ventilation of the stove and smoke in the house. Roland told me my house is air tight and therefore there is insufficient oxygen in the house to sustain a fire in the wood stove. Completely unreasonable explanation for lack of ventilation in a wood burning stove and wanted to argue about it. Diagnosis was over the phone and no offer made to see the problem I am experiencing. Not saying this is his fault but there is definitely something wrong. There may have been some unknown damage done during construction but his response is very unsettling when dealing with the potential fire damage in a home."

"I am not the person to put reviews on Internet, but I felt this time I had to share my opinion with the Public to help them decide for themselves if Accurate Pest Control Company is right for them. I had called Accurate Pest Control for Scorpions, and paid them over $400 to use their chemicals to get rid of the Scorpions. Whatever solutions they used, it did not make the Scorpions go away. I had them in the bathroom, on walls, in my 11 year old room crawling, I was concerned and kept asking them to come out to spray. They have come out 4 times and Scorpions were still in the house. They said "because you live by the forest they keep coming". I understand that, but why do I call you? To get rid of them right? Well it did not work. I asked them for reimbursment, and the Owner said they will not reimburse me, because they "did the job right" was told by Service Manager. I wanted you to make a fair decision and hope that my review will help you make a right choice. Accurate Pest Control was not able to help me."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a two-day treatment two weeks apart for pest control for a bedroom and living room in our house. We chose to use Spider Man Pest Control services this time because the cost estimate was a lot cheaper than other pest control service companies. The Spider Man Pest Control service employee arrived alone on the first scheduled day of service and told us to stay outside the house while he sprayed indoors. This not unusual as we have had pesticide treatment in the past from another company and have been told to wait outside during treatment. What was unusual was that he stayed indoors for ONE AND HALF HOURS to spray one bedroom and a living room. I even began knocking on the back door asking why it’s taking so long. I discovered a few days later that HE HAD STOLEN ALL OF MY FINE JEWELRY AND A JAR OF RARE COINS. I found my jewelry boxes and were completely emptied out. The following morning, I immediately contacted the company and spoke with the office manager, Cindy, and told her what had happened. She denied everything and said that he couldn't have stolen anything because he was ex-military. I told her that I would be filing a Police Report and she told me that that wouldn't matter since the owner is "good friends" with the Police Dept. Furthermore, after the first spray I had called them 3 days later and told them the first spray did nothing for the bugs and wanted to cancel the follow up appointment. I had paid them $757 in full on the first appointment. I asked them to return half of the amount paid and was left a voicemail message from the office manager and spoke with the male office staff who informed me that they would be sending me a $200 refund. After a few days, I called the owner, Warren Remmey, and told him about the theft incident. He responded with a cocky attitude and denied anything was stolen and went further to say that he would not be refunding me anything. No other company staff or owner were present when the incident occurred. Still grieving from the loss of my precious gifts given to me, family heirlooms and rare coins collected during my lifetime and left with an ongoing pest infestation."
