I shared pictures and was also informed of my underlying issues with premature water heater failures tied to my water softening which I can now solve with my knowledge. Service was impeccable arriving at 7 am as promised and done by I think 810 am. Price was more than fair and what was discussed and installed with a Rheem Professional Unit and install was flawless.
