"Purchased the offer on November 22. Received a prompt response and scheduled the apt for November 26th. Although the weather was terrible that day I received no communication and they never showed up. Called and left a message to reschedule but never got a response. Have since found another provider through Angie's List and scheduled an appointment with them."

"We get this service monthly to prevent insects (primarily ants in the house) and for general pest control. The various techs are personable, answer any questions, and will respond to a specific area of treatment as we go through the year. Glad we have Green Pest Solutions on our home maintenance schedule."

"Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."

"Anthony came back out after an initial issue with carpet beetles. I thought that I had a reoccurrence from a spraying in November which was the initial cost of about $200.00 to take care of the issue. He does not charge for having to come back to deal with an issue again, so the cost for this appointment was nothing. I just had a random beetle in the house, which he sprayed the outside of our home for. It is a good idea to take a picture of the bug that you want dealt with as it was helpful both times he came, so he knew what he was dealing with.

"We've been using them for several years. He is very polite. He made arrangements ahead of time as to the day and timeframe. It was good. We've been married for 13 years and my husband was using them before we got married. He is very pleased with them. We haven't had any problems with pests."
