"Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. "Excellent service with water heater and electrical. Technicians were prompt and very knowledgeable."

"If you have Noritz tankless water heaters you best speak with them. Three other shops just wanted to replace my "good" Noritz rather than repair or do some maintenance."

"James recently relocated a water line and upgraded my water heater. He was knowledgable, friendly, timely (work was completed within 24 hours of reaching out), did great work, and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend The Professional Plumber and will use them again in the future!"

"StratCo. Services was amazing. Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They replaced my outdated water heater and left everything spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area!""

"I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! I will use them again & recommend them to my friends & family! Paul Taylor"

"Great job replacing a faucet. Service was quite expensive but the technician did inspect the water heater and made some other adjustments for free. If we still live in that area we may have used them again."
