"They first tried routing from the roof because our clean-out was buried and we couldn't find it, but after adding a lot of extra cable Steve finally reached a block in the back yard that couldn't be resolved with that machine. He came back the next day, installed a clean-out and used the stronger, larger router fed through the new clean-out. He was able to break through the block and reach into the city sewer connector line. It was expensive, but I'm happy to pay for a solution to an ongoing inconvenience and money trap. Garrett charges by the hour. Here they worked quickly and well and they're going to follow through with the City to discuss their sewer line.
