"Matt & Matt make an efficient team. Matt found the raccoon damage immediately and using a thermal camera determined that the area was empty. Using the thermal camera, he did a complete search for other possible nesting locations. A trap was installed by the entrance to the area for 5 straight nights and then he returned with an estimate to repair the animal damage as well as other attempted animal entry points. Matt and his crew repaired all of the damage in a very professional manner; no loud music or foul language. They cleaned up the damaged materials and left the yard better than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation to call Nature Boy again or to recommend them to family and friends."

"When I had my house waterproofed this month, one of the workers discovered wasps were going through the bottom opening of my casement windows in the bedrooms, etc. After opening the windows and checking the tracks under the windows, we could see where wasps had been making nests and depositing their eggs inside the tracks (disgusting). <br /> My girlfriend Kay has used Lady Bug Exterminators for many years now and she suggested that, since the owner Pat was coming to her house this afternoon, I should call and see if Pat could come over to check out my wasp problem. I called Pat and she said she had some time available since she was still at my friend's house and would be at my house in about five minutes (fabulous). She checked over the house, made suggestions as to how to solve my problem, and said since she had some extra time right then, she would do the job immediately. I was thrilled!! "Great! Once again I am more than impressed with this company. This is the second time I used them (first ended up being a squirrel, which they don't actually deal with, but see my other review for how that visit went). This time I had rodents in the home. The inspector looked around, confirmed that it was rats and not mice, set some traps, and left. Within an hour after he left, I heard a trap snap; we had caught a rat. He came back the next day to remove the dead animal, and while he was there I happened to mention that I had an ant problem after he saw an ant crawling on me in the house. I was trying to deal with that on my own for a few weeks, using ant poison from Target as I had in the past, but had not yet been successful in eliminating them. He promptly went to his truck and came back with a different type of trap with professional ant poison for me to place in the bathroom, and also treated the outside of the house, at no charge. A few days later, my ant problem was gone. Meanwhile, there has been no further rat activity, so that problem is eliminated as well. In short, not only are they effective, the customer service is outstanding! You can't go wrong hiring them."

They did find termite damage and provided a possible action plan that we could provide to the buyer along with an estimate for treatment. The home did sell without actually having to be treated by us! However, I've used Speed Exterminating in the past. They are always very prompt and friendly. "While investigating some rotting window casements, I found ant like insects under some aluminum flashing. <br /> I don't know much about insects, but feared the worst. I've heard how destructive termites can be. <br /> I called Matt at Hoban Pest Control yesterday and after some discussion, Matt thought my insects were most likely not termites. <br /> He arranged an inspection for the next day (today). <br /> Tim called me within the agreed time frame and said he was in transit. <br /> When Tim arrived he determined the insects I found were not termites and were types that would only feed on wet rotting wood, such as  those I found under the aluminum. <br /> Tim was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the types of insects, (ants and beetles) by the damage to the wood and found a beetle egg sack and showed it to me.  I learned a great deal from Tim and Matt! <br /> I was very relieved to determine no termites were present and almost felt guilty that these fine people had invested so much time in my problem and didn't charge a dime! <br /> Thank you Hoban Pest Control.  If ever I have a pest problem I can't handle, you will most definitely be the ones I'll call. <br /> <br />"
