"This is a family business, and the proprietors are delightful! Jessica explains everything fully, and will research the answer and get back to me on anything that she doesn't already know the answer to... And I ask a LOT of questions! "They came by and sprayed the hornets nests. They said they would return later on that week once all were dead and power wash the nests off my home. I had to keep calling them to return to do this. When he finally returned his power washer was not strong enough to reach the hives even with his ladder, but he said that eventually the hives would fall apart and disappear. Here it is over a year later and the hives are still there. My neighbors used someone else. They cost half the price and the hives are completely removed from their home. I would not recommend or use them again.
