"Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"Bryan responded quickly and we scheduled an appointment. I had an issue with one of my gutters as it had become unattached at the end and Bryan fixed it for me. He also let me know that the Fascia board where the gutter had become unattached was probably going to need to be replaced in the near future. Very reasonable prices and I will use Sargent Services again in the future."

"Home Pro Remod showed up in the morning They had a dumpster in place the previous dayâ ¦Josh and his team removed 3 layers of old shingles..They had to replace some old wood..They installed a brand new roof; with asphalt shingles, in less than 10 hoursâ ¦The entire area was cleaned up; with new roof in place!!! He made sure we understood the entire process and the materials that were to be used. Project Manager Dave was very knowledgeable and work with us to schedule the job when it fit into our schedule. Ricky, the Job Foreman, was on time for the job and kept us informed as the job progressed. He and his crew were very respectful of our property and cleaned up as the work progressed. "The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."
