"Very busy company, and since we had no insulation after a ceiling replacement project, I needed to hire a company that was available sooner. They were excellent at contact and followup and seemed to have plenty of business."

"Walter aka Pete went above and beyond to fix and repair my HVAC system during this last cold weather we had. Excellent customer service"

"Great crew that came out to do the work. Quick response to our needs (well pump stopped working on a Sunday morning). Called them, technician was out in @ 1-hr to troubleshoot our loss of water in the house. Their crew was out first thing Monday to replace the pump. Good communication, great work, and follow up to ensure all was to our satisfaction. Highly recommended."

"I do not have the bandwidth or verbal acumen to describe how grateful I am to Plumb Magic in general, and Andy in particular. I was spinning like I had one foot nailed to the floor when I called. Andy showed up, had me breathe into a paper bag (figuratively, of course) got me calmed down and pointed in the right direction. He suggested a trusted salvage service and went right to work. He went way above and way beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever been party to. He stayed with us until the county (ultimately responsible for my predicament) showed up to start repairs. I am already planning to call back after this mess gets settled to complete some long-put-off projects."

"Wonderful--I would like to be selfish and keep this company my secret but they are too great and need to sing their praise. Professional, courteous, and listened to my requests. explained the work that needed to be done and also recommended the well pump be replaced as it was aging. I told them I would like it repaired so once in working order, I could place it under my home warranty. They accommodated my wishes and fortunately the pump worked after rewiring. I will call this company for all my future plumbing needs. They graciously accepted my Angie's list coupon which saved me $90 Thanks"

"Outstanding work on the leak repairs and the water softener. Pricing was reasonable."

"It was an easy fix, so told us how to do it!! Had to replace the shower head and do some caulk repair.

Great price compared to others.Friendly employees and the owners. They have a new customer for my company and any home problems. Thanks Scott an Paul Steve"

"He and his crew came and did the job in under two hours. They cleaned up after themselves.   They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced dealing with the kind of sump pump I had installed, which is a newer sump pump (water powered back up sump pump).  They did a good job."
