They drafted a plan and advised on how to prevent water intruding on the east wall of our house, which consisted of a front and back bedroom. The water was currently only entering from the back bedroom, so Groundworks advised to put in an interior french drain and waterproofing. My wife and I specifically asked whether we should also mitigate the front bedroom, and they advised against because it would entail losing the bedroom closets, and the existing plan would mitigate water for the entire side of the house. So eventually it will all look uniformed. Isaac responded quickly to my quote request online and even offered to stop by the same evening as we were ready to do this project. His crew/employees and he did an amazing, filling in all the bare areas (many) and refreshing all with a thin layer of the new rocks, just as we requested. They cleaned up the areas upfront where the rock had been delivered and all other areas as well. Everyone was professional and very nice. Great job, thank you. We couldn't be happier."
