"I used Greenlee to replace my water heater. They replied to my inquiry for service very quickly, even though it was after normal business hours. They were responsive and professional assisting me in determining the best solution for me. They arrived quickly and on time. Their work was fast and they did a great job of removing my old water heater and installing the new one. Everyone with whom I had contact was friendly and professional. They will be handling any future plumbing work that I have."

"I had them replace an old water faucet outside that was leaking. They were professional, gave good advice, and they did not pressure me into doing extra projects. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues."

"Remedy replaced my water heater and moved it from inside my laundry room to into my garage. They did a great job and Matt was very good."

"Bradley came out and diagnosed the issues with my water heater. He was there the next day and replaced it and made sure everything was up to code. Would definitely recommend him and the company and absolutely use them again!!"

"Service providers were very professional, they were prompt, and they installed the hot water heater the same day. Price was several hundred dollars less than other companies quotes."

"We have used Mr. Rooter several times in the last 8 months. I say this in a positive way as my system has seen multiple issues that were independent of each other and each has been fixed quickly and professionally. Dane has been my primary contact and has helped considerably as we dealt with these issues. Their last visit was to perform warranty work on a previously installed pump and I anticipated another painful, yet deserved, expense.  Not surprisingly, they stood behind their earlier work and upgraded my system at their expense. A service that was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys for being a great partner...will call you back when its pump time."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
