He had helped us a couple of years ago, and took care of the problem then. We called this time because we had seen a dead rat. "Contacted me quickly and was able to come out to the house within a few days with their crew ready to get rid of my flying rodent (pigeon) problem! They understood my issue and helped identify areas that would work best to deter these demons. They also pressure washed the affected poop filled areas (on the house and dropping area on the ground/patios) which was an unexpected treat! They spiked around 10 different areas and had to go up a slick/wet asphalt roof to reach the tippy top of the 2nd story roof vents. The crew of 2 was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely contact them again should I have more pest issues in my home!"

"Treat with Termidor in August, 2014, including re-drilling patio and other concrete slabs. I ditched out to keep dirt off decorative rock and avoid damage to irrigation system. <br /> Art did an excellent job in applying the Termidor. <br /> However, it took four phone calls in order to receive our warranty information which we finally received on 1/6/2015. This is completely unsatisfactory! <br /> Sexton has been our termite and weed control company long before there was an Angie's List, but this is now in jeopardy. <br /> Proper communication with the customer is as important as the quality of work performed! <br /> <br /> UPDATE <br /> S&S Pest Control is now our weed control company. When you call them you will get Scott, the owner, and he will do the work. "The owner, Irish, actually came and provided the service. He is very thorough and professional. He is also very knowledgeable about how the services his company provides, will work, what is needed. Everything they do comes with a warranty. There was an area I thought that was damaged by termites. It turns out it was water damage. He could have told me that it was termites and I don't have a lot of experience with the little buggers. He showed me at the base of my palm tree what the entrance to tunnels look like. Then I was shown a queen that came out of the hole when he sprayed. That one was near my house. So I ended up getting the weed control, termite treatment, and pest control. Like I said it is all warrantied. I will be using this company."
