Tile, grout, fixtures, tile boards, etc. This way we had control of some of the expenses. Plumber and tilers were very easy to work with since most of the dirty work was already done. Making it easier to finish their work quickly."

He was knowledgeable and gave me what I thought was a fair quote of $1,800. The two other quotes I got for the same job were for $2,950. and $4,800. "As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. "The project went very well. We added a huge picture window (entire window is 8 feet across, over 4 feet high) in a room that did not have a window. I'm SO happy with the results. It's gorgeous. Nathan has his name on the business, and that makes a difference. He stands by his work. I had gotten 3 estimates before hiring CCR, and the other ones sent swarmy salesmen. Nathan is just authentic. With CCR, you're talking to the very person who does the work and who stands by the work. There was a hiccup in installation, as we found an electrical line where the window should go.
